Notes

Mackenzie O'Neill was born on Mars 45 years ago. He quickly established himself as one of the leading tacticians at Starfleet Academy, before taking his first post on a starship with the USS Tokyo. Since then, he has risen the ranks to become one of the greatest leaders in the Federation. Unfortunately, he was paralysed from the waist down in a bar-room brawl with six Klingons on Deneb IV, which is why he has been posted to the Indiana. He has a short temper, but tries to remain in control. Physically he is aging well, looking to be only around 30-35 to those who do not know him well.
