You learned early to get what you want from anyone who has it or doesn't need it. You've found that everyone wants something, and someone doesn't want it for a price. Even people have their price.

What You Look Like

You dress in un-noticeable style (the ones that deal mostly drugs, like the retro grunge style of the late 20^th).

The stupid ones show off their "talents" by looking like glitters or goldies. There are some signs, the classic mirror shades or the fact that you don't have any signs that would put you into the other yogang.

The good ones wear some of the stuff of their favored clients or they wear stuff to attract certain types.

SubCulture

You could say that there are yogangs within the yogang. Like the BoardPunks, each has a particular taste for a certain type of "deal". All in all you can do any "deal" you just like one the most, it might be the rush of getting that "hot" gun to a MegaViolent or the thrill of seeing a MallBrat actually coming out of the mall to get a boost code you got from a networker. Whatever your taste is, you excel at it.

Belonging

There really isn't much to being a Neo-fixer, you already know what you can and can't get, and you know who wants what you got, you just need to get their attention. You first got to know the others because they found you (because that's what their "deal" is). They taught you the ropes, gave you a few pointers, and you were in.

Allies & Enemies

At one point or another everyone is your friend or enemy.

Slang

Deal: the process of exchange
Hot: something that has been stolen (from anyone/place) or something you didn't get from a deal
Bad taste: a certain deal that you don't like or a deal that goes bad ("That deal turned out to have a bad taste.")
Mongrel: a client that has a bad taste
Credit: favors you owe or someone owes you
Shifter: a Neo-fixer that can deal anything to anyone
PO-PO: the authorities (Corp-sec has gotten its own variant, CO-CO)
Cracker(s): the merchandise you deal (drugs, guns, information, etc. Etc. Etc.)

YoGang Skill: Hounding (LUCK)

Your ability to find and distribute the tasty crackers to and from anyone. This allows you to replace genspeak (and roll at a one diff. Lv lower) to relate with your client and replace streetsmarts (same as genspeak) to find those tasty crackers.
