I have found an incerce of this particular sport; remember the comment about the bolters, well someone wanted to do a recon. This new class (for their numbers are increasing drastically) is as varied as the first five major classes. We had complications keeping these subjects, for their abilities allow them to escape most bonds. They also seem to have a complation of the concepts of the others as well.
First, their primary ability comes from the Alchemist; they are able to send out assemblers/disassemblers in a "static" field around themselves. Again, I do not know how this is done (one thing in our favor), as they lack the ability to change things at an atomic level. They can only disassemble something, move through it, then reassemble it to its former structure. They keep the nanites in a layer of hexite in the upper dermise. How the nanites get through their clothing is also beyond me.
Second, they have altered Josephson Junctions; the CMN puts them in and around the eyes and inner ears. These allow them to "tune" into any wave of light and sound, fortunately they can only do one at a time, meaning they can tune to IR and then radio, but not both at the same time. When they are tuned in to a certain wavelength, they are also blocked from that wavelength. I geuss they use the same thing that they use to create the "static" field for the nanites to shape the wavelength around them. Fortunately their tuning is limited in time by their skill in the trade.
Third, and this is why they're different, there is a small (1.5 x 1.5 x 1.5 inch) box of hexite at the base of their brain stem. The use of it was first unknown until one of the subjects tuned in to a security radio transmision, then repeated exactly what was said a few minutes later. I suspect that it's some type of RAM storage unit for the optical and auditory transmissions they tune into, as for their primary ability.
Lastly, I found out that they also have a physical type of RAM capability. I found a second layer of hexite in the hands and forearms, which is also hollow. A certain subject was caught reading a book; when I asked him where he had gotten it from, he showed me. It seems that he disassembled it and stored it in the hollow layer, then he reformed it back into its original structure. Luckily he couldn't store more than 60 grams.
We tested this subject further; he showed to be the most talented of the other subjects. He commented that he found it harder to "phase" (his terminology) through things that are denser. I suggest you put steel doors and walls in your new buildings. He actually walked through the concrete walls of his cell rather than the steel door. He also said that it wasn't possible to phase through or store organic based material, for he tried to take some extra food and save it for a scanner friend of his.
This ability consists of the actual phasing through objects (walls, doors, floors, etc.), aswell as the storing of things. Lastly it determines how long that the wraith may tune into a wavelength. The tables below show the info necessary to know what they can do.

A special note; this class is easy to identify, almost as easy as the Tinmen. It seems that their burnt out nanites go where all dead cells go, the hair and nails. The nails are almost completely hexite, becoming the same shiny black color as the Tinmen's limbs and armor. The subject I mentioned before grew them to about an inch long, he was able to "sheath" and "unsheathe" them at will. The hair on the other hand doesn't have that much hexite in it. After the change even an albino (which the subject clamed to be) becomes dark haired and eyed, even though I suspect the eyes become a dark gray because of the JJs in them.
****Note: use your own judgement on the density levels******.
